MetaTRIM Health Legal Notice & Product Policy

1. General Information MetaTRIM Health (MetaTRIMhealth.com) provides specialized storage solutions, laboratory accessories, and organizational hardware. We are not a medical provider or pharmacy. No information on this site is intended as medical advice, and we do not sell prescription medications or controlled substances.

2. Intended Use & Safety

  • Research & Organization: Our injection pens, vial holders, and reconstitution stations are sold strictly as accessories. It is the user’s sole responsibility to ensure that any substances used in conjunction with these products are handled according to professional medical standards or laboratory protocols.

  • Sterility: Products such as borosilicate glass vials are provided in sealed, sterile packaging. Once the seal is broken, the user assumes all responsibility for maintaining a sterile environment.

3. 3D-Printed Products Many of our organizational items are manufactured via 3D printing.

  • Variations: Customers should expect minor surface variations or layer lines typical of the 3D printing process. These do not affect the utility or durability of the product.

  • Care: 3D-printed items (PLA/PETG) should not be exposed to extreme heat (such as a dishwasher or hot car) as they may warp.

4. Shipping & Liability We utilize SUPER FAST SHIPPING to get your supplies to you quickly. Once a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, MetaTRIM Health is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

5. Limitation of Liability MetaTRIM Health shall not be held liable for any injury or damage resulting from the misuse of medical accessories or the failure to follow proper safety procedures while using our hardware.
