MetaTRIM Heath: Shipping Policy

Thank you for choosing MetaTRIM Health! We are committed to processing and shipping your specialized peptide orders quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

  • Order Verification: All orders are subject to security verification and product availability.

  • Standard Processing: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed.

  • Rush Processing: Orders selecting expedited shipping methods may be prioritized for processing.

  • Backordered Items: If an item in your order is backordered, we will contact you immediately via email with the estimated availability date and options for handling your order.

2. Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

We offer the following shipping options for domestic orders:

  • Carrier: We utilize major carriers, including USPS, FedEx, and UPS.

3. International Shipping

We offer shipping to select international destinations.

  • Costs: International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the package weight, dimensions, and the destination country.

  • Delivery Time: International delivery times vary widely but typically range from 7 – 21 business days.

  • Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

    • The customer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes (such as VAT), tariffs, or fees imposed by the destination country's customs office.

    • These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are collected by the shipping carrier upon delivery.

    • We cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Please contact your local customs office for detailed information.

  • Product Restrictions: The customer is responsible for ensuring that the purchased products can be legally imported into their country. If an order is seized or refused by customs, we cannot offer a refund.

4. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

  • Email Notification: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

  • Tracking Number: This email will contain the tracking number(s) for your package(s) and a link to the carrier's tracking page.

  • Tracking Updates: Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information after you receive the confirmation email.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Address: If a package is deemed undeliverable due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for the original shipping costs plus any subsequent costs incurred for re-shipping the package.

  • Lost/Stolen: MetaTRIM Health is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently stolen. We recommend checking with neighbors or your local post office.

    • If a package is lost in transit (tracking has stalled or shows no movement), please contact our customer service team. We will initiate a trace with the shipping carrier.

6. Temperature Sensitivity (Optional, depending on your product type)

  • Peptides: If your products are temperature-sensitive and require refrigeration (i.e., certain peptides), we may use insulated packaging and cold packs.

  • Shipping Method: We reserve the right to upgrade your standard shipping to an expedited service (at no extra cost to you) if weather conditions require faster transit times to ensure product integrity.
